Our Kindergarten through 8th grade camp will be held at Oak Grove Park on 8/2 through 8/6 from 9 to 11am. Enjoy a week of age-appropriate soccer fun and get a jump start on the upcoming soccer season. Each camper receives a camp t-shirt and Centerville Recreational soccer ball!! The cost for those registered for fall is $45. Those not registered for Centerville Recreational Soccer's fall season can attend for a cost of $70. Cost goes up to $90 after 7/30 so register now!! 2010 Summer Camp Info

Online Registration for the fall season is now closed, however, you may still register by mail using the forms below. Registration late fee of $25 per player is now required!

We take late registrations in the following order:
1) Players with parents that volunteer to coach or assistant coach (no late fees)
2) Players with complete registrations and late fees
3) Players with complete registrations and no late fees

Our fall program is open to players in recreational programs only (no crossover from youth competitive programs).

Our program remains the most reasonably priced in state of Ohio! Fall Fees are:

$50 for players in the Under 5 division

$60 for U6/K-2nd grade

$75 for 3rd-8th grade

Multi-player discount: each additional player (after the oldest) is $45.

$70 summer camp.

$90 summer camp after July 30th or on site.

$25 discount for registering for fall season and summer camp.

Late fee -$25 per player
Registration fee includes jersey and socks, referee costs, league membership, training sessions and community soccer development contribution

What is my child's division?

Below is information on tickets for the CUSA event at the Columbus Crew vs. Colorado Rapids game on 8/21. Tickets are available now.

Click here and enter your family account using your last name and password. If you do not have a family account create one using the new system user link.

Add players to your account for any additional tickets beyond your player registered. For example if you are buying tickets for 4 family members each FAMILY MEMBER must be listed as a player in your account.

Click register a player for a program, select the ticket type you want and add to the cart. All tickets require credit card payment.

Want to get involved in the community? The rec program is looking for new board members to help run the program. This program is run by volunteers and we are always looking for new people to come on board and join the fun. Responsibilities of board members are:

Keep the program fun, fair and safe
Serve as division commissioners
Be available one night a month for a board meeting (about 9 per year)
Help at the fields when available

That's it! Please come help make this program the best in Ohio! We need help because many of our commissioners have been doing this so long that our kids are not even playing recreational soccer anymore! This goes for parents of our referees as well.

Due to the program cost incurred for uniforms, league and insurance fees, no refunds shall be made after teams are formed and rosters are distributed at the seasonal coaches meetings and/or via any electronic means corresponding to the coaches meeting dates. Coaches meeting dates can be found on the corresponding program registration forms and/or the Recreational program web site. All requests for refund must be made in writing (email is acceptable) and sent to CUSA Recreational, attention Program Treasurer, and must include name of child, date of birth, reason for refund and the name of the person to whom the refund check should be written and contact information. Approved refunds will be made within 90 days of the request.
Exceptions to refund policy are noted below.
Refunds will be allowed for the following reasons:

High School students making a HS soccer team (at request of CUSA, proof of HS team acceptance must be provided)

Players moving out of the Centerville-Washington Twp. District, prior to receipt of uniform. (at request of CUSA, proof of relocation must be provided)

Players suffering incapacitating injury prior to the first scheduled season game. (at request of CUSA, a doctors verification must be presented)

Please note that we will not honor refund request made during the above time lines for coach dissatisfaction, schedule/time conflicts, and/or any other reason than the noted approved exceptions.
Additionally, while the various CUSA programs work together to place players within the appropriate program, requests to transfer program fees between CUSA programs will not be granted after the published last date of registration without prior approval by both affected programs. No refunds or fee transfer request will be honored after teams are formed and rosters distributed.
